+If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must email at least 24 HOURS prior to your appointment to respect the time of your provider and others who have or are trying to get an appointment. Providing less than 24 HOURS will result in a non-refundable 50% service fee charge to the card on file.

+No showing to your appointment will result in a 100% non-refundable service fee charge to your card on file.

+Late arrivals of 10 or more minutes after scheduled appointment time may result in shortened appointment or complete appointment reschedule at full charge.



+Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment. A waiting couch is located at the south entrance of the Mt. Jefferson Building in front of Unit 107 if my door is not propped open.

+The card on file WILL NOT be charged until AFTER scheduled appointment time.
